Default Tein Damping Setting

I just bought a Tein Type RA and im confuse about how to set the damping, is it suppose to turn all the way to clockwise until you can't turn no more that should be on stiff right? and then turn counter clockwise and not pass 16 click, or is it the other way around

You're right, full stiff is clockwise all the way and full soft is 16 counter clockwise from there.
