Default 2008 Odyssey dead radio

We have a 2008 Odyssey EX and we had to jump it the other day. Turns out we had to replace the battery. We did that but now the radio is not working. The anti theft light is blinking but the clock and radio are dead. Nothing shows up. I tried to see if it was the radio fuse or the front accessory socket fuse that needed to replace but all seemed in tact.

So my question is, are there any other things i can try before having to pay $500 for a new radio? Thanks.

do the battery reset procedure

remove the positive and negative battery terminals and hook them together for a few minutes

after that see if the radio comes back to make you enter the code for operation.

We took the van to NTB for a free diagnostic. They said it was probably a bad wire but the radio shouldnt need to be replaced. Right now they want to charge us at least $300 for a new radio.
