Default how to fix/replace rusted OEM jack points?

So I have a EF and the OEM jack points on 2 of 4 corners are rusted out/gone.

My car is going to the paint shop soon and when it comes back I was thinking about also getting the underside of the car resprayed with rust protection.

Before doing that, does anyone have tips or links on how others have repaired this in the past?

ideally I'd like to be able to jack my car up on the entire (left/right) side of my car just for easy of working on the car. Adding 10-15lbs extra is not a big deal for me.

TIA
pictures, links on write-up/how too would be greatly welcomed
