Techs,

I replaced both front Upper Control Arms/Ball Joints for my 1994 Honda Accord EX.

Now from last 2 weeks Driver side is giving Thumping/Cracking noise on a Bump or Turning steering wheel at low speeds.

Can any one please advise how to Lubricate Control Arm Bushing as sound is coming from Bushings??? Also should I use grease or something else for lubrication???
