i am not sure what the problem is so i didnt state it in the title. my car has been sucking the life out of the batteries lately. just replaced owith new ns60l battery. symptoms: everything dies out when it happens. headlights, wipers, all dies. none of the warning lights on the cluster appears. the engine tends to stall once in a while during idle. if it doesnt stall, its bogging. will even stall while the car is moving. it wont stall if you keep your foot on the gas. different mechanics are telling me different things. so i need advice from anyone here who has an idea on what's going on with my car.

 

make sure your alternator wire is good, and make sure it's held down fine on the alternator and the fuse box. if the wire seems to be fine, I'd replace the wire just because it'll cost you nothing. if it's not that, replace the alternator.

 

Sounds like a bad alternator.. take it to a local parts store to get tested and go from there....
