Default Bent one of my MF8s today.

Hi all,

So the SoCal rain washed away a lot of stuff last night, including some asphalt. Long story short, I hit a HUGE pot hole on the 710 south towards Seaside Ave/47 in the LB/LA port area (left side of #1 lane just before the interchange towards the Gerald Desmond Bridge, so watch out!) and bent one of my Mugen MF8's which I just bought AND put new tires on! Obviously, I'm totally bummed.

So does anybody know of a reputable shop in the area that can fix this for me? Cheap as possible but I don't want to pay twice!

Thanks everyone. Merry Christmas and stuff.

A search of archived topics in this forum with the word "repair" in the title turns up these topics containing recommendations for Southern California:

I thought I would update this post for those of you that may be searching for wheel repair in the LA/Socal area. I went to Rollo's Solutions at 1801 S Pembroke Lane, 90015. They are downtown. They are a small but national chain/franchise. Their site is: www.mywheelrepair.com.

So when you drive up, don't expect to see what you see on their website. The downtown LA spot is a spec that you can easily miss. Regardless, they did a great job on my MF8. For now, I only have a before pic but the end product was pretty good. My price was $175 with a straighten (both inside and outside lips) and a complete refinish. The finish is great but not EXACTLY PERFECTLY matched to the original. I'll try to post up some pics next time the car is clean so you can see the difference. Until then, here is the 'before' pic:

Finally got my car washed:

Here's one where you may be able to see how they're slightly different shades of silver, the refinished one is the front one:
