1990 Accord, what version OBD is it?

1990 Accord, what version OBD is it?
I just want to check what OBD my Accord has. They told me at CB7 tuners that it is OBD1. It uses a different distributor that the 92-93 which leads me to believe it is just OBD (or OBD0).
I am confused. I thought OBD1 appeared in the USDM in 1992?
