Default One-piece clutch MC and reservoir?

Does anyone know of a MC that has the reservoir built in? I know that the Wilwood Girling style is out there but according to Hasport they had to get the rod end machined down to fit their CMA. From the looks of the pictures, even if I got that work done, I wouldn't have the rest of the hardware to make it an OEM style bolt-in affair. If there isn't anything out there, has anyone ever modified their stock MC or reservoir so that the nipple is pointing DOWN and not out? I really have no place to mount the reservoir without making it look hideous! I would really like to be able to mount the reservoir right on the MC if at all possible. Suggestions?

Trying to help my own cause here...

I have found a Brembo remote reservoir, it's 30cc. Is this too big or too small for a Honda application? How big is the stock reservoir?

are you just trying to eliminate the stock remote reservoir and have a master w/ built in reservoir for cleanness? if so i think alot of people have been using the s2000 master.

There is no stock remote reservoir to eliminate. Thats why I'm using the Hasport CMA (this is an EF).

Yes, I want this to be clean. Does the S2000 clutch master fit properly (is it a clean bolt-in affair)? The Hasport CMA is designed to use a stock EG clutch master.

EDIT: Did some searching, this plus a spacer will work! THANK YOU m_shake for your help!
