Honda Accord 1.8 CF3 parts needed

Honda Accord 1.8 CF3 parts needed
Hi guys,
I own a Honda accord 98, CF3 chassis.
Where I live the roads are real bad (Suriname) and I want to upgrade my shock and stabalizers but I don't know what to buy. The CF3 parts in specific are real hard if not impossible to find here. So I need to buy them abroad (US).
That's where my problems start I don't know what parts to buy since the CF3 is not a standerd US driven car.
Ooh yes almost forgat the steering wheel is on the right side.
My EPS also failed a few weeks ago but the next day it was working just fine without doing a thing.
Does anybody know what the problem might be.

i have one of those the eps module failed i need a new or used one, mine is found under the drivers seat, manual transmission, part #399820-sor-023 i cannot find this any where.
can the module be repaired?
