Default Car maxed out low on one side but not the other.

Just wondering if anyone has had experience with this problem. 1 side of my EJ1 will not go any lower but my other side will. I'm thinking its a seized bushing but it's -30 here and my car is covered in a foot of snow so I can't work on it till summer. If it helps I have skunk2 adjustable sleeves and springs along with Koni yellows(rear) and GAB(front) struts.

Very likely it is seized..

It is totaly normal for one coilover to be set higher then the other side.
