Got a Jdm d15b vtec motor. I wantingto upgrade cam and head internals if needed for the cam. Which one should I run? Also what are some good bolt on parts what intake manifold should I use. As far as trans mine a s20 in it I think it's a dx trans what should I be running in it as well. All serious suggestions are helpful.

any cam that suits ur needs d16 cams fit the same

If you have the money get the Si tranny it is an S20 same casing with your DX but its stamped with B000 not A000. That way it matches the powerband of your D15b. I/H/E is the basic so take it from there.

 

Send your head to Bisi and get a shorter geared tranny (ex or si?).
or
swap it for a b20

 

The z6 and D15B cams are not the same in specification. Feel free to visit the bisimoto webstore (www.bisimoto.com/store) and type in D15B in the search menu...that would lead you to all the special designs, in all parts, we have for that engine.
