It started yesterday but its like I hear a loose nut or something rolling around when I turn the steering wheel either left or right. I hear nothing when keeping it straight or just turning it a little. Also, when I have the blinker on and turn in that direction, I don't hear it at all or hear it just a little.

Any thoughts?
