02 accord 5spd 4cl with 200k mostly all highway, ready for a belt change, probably gunna do the water pump too, should I do the tensioner? Anything else you can think of while im in there?

1 timing belt keeps the head in time with the crank and the other keeps the balance shafts in time with the crank. The balance shafts are there to reduce engine vibration.
I would replace the water pump while in there as well and the oil seals. The tensioners may not be necessary as long as it still spins free and smooth.
Take a look in the FAQ for my write up on how to replace the timing belt/balance shaft belt/water pump.

didnt know these motors had balance shafts.. I'm huge into the 2.4's so I know watcha mean. This is my girls car trying to do her a favor, was hoping to only have 1 belt to deal with lol. What oil seals? like the cam seal? gotta run
im getting a whole kit, its like 130 with the water pump, crank seal, cam seal, tensioner, the timing belts. all that good sht
be aware of cheap kits with cheap parts. you don't want something breaking down early and having to do this job all over again. not to mention if the belt is cheap quality and breaks you could be looking at expensive repairs.
For $130 you better be getting good parts. That kit is $150 at NAPA, with Gates belts (the same brand that Honda sells as OEM).
Get the accessory belts for the alternator and PS pump too. You'll be taking these off, might as well put new ones on. Since you're draining the coolant to do the water pump it's also a good time to do the radiator hoses and thermostat.
