Default 5th Gen Prelude Intake on Accord?

The 5th Gen Lude intake is on sale at Importparts.com for less than $200.

Is this the 3" Lude intake that I've heard recommended for use on the 5th Gen accord?

edit: this is half question/half FYI

i think it can be fabricated to fit... althought you could get 3inch U-bend pipe from jcwhitney and make your own intake. ($30.00) plus however much you spend for ceramic paint to coat it with.

Just get some aluminized steel mandrel bent to fit and toss a K&N cone filter on it.

as do I. I suppose I could make some money off of my stickers. I bet stunna's would pay good money for a Tein sticker and others like AEM, goodridge, hawk, apex'i, can't remember what else I have.

I also got a 3'x10' Eclipse Audio vinyl banner. I bet someone would drop some loot for that.

Cash - who created this topic because he knew it would be a perfect thread for disguising OT rambling from Rookie Mod Nick. hehe.

I only have one left though. One went on my intake and came off recently with the install of the bypass valve, and the other went on under my hood and also came off recently.

I used to have this silly plan to put my aftermarket stickers under my hood in case I wanted to show off the car. I'm glad I came to my senses long ago.

I still have a Pilot Motorsports sticker, two Ground Control stickers, and two Eibach stickers. If I can find them they're going on e-Bay to make me some loot from ricers.

I have a large rolling toolbox.. most of the stickers between my Ford and the Accord are on there.

shrug.

At one time i was putting them under the hood too... i woke up and got out the pressure washer and blasted em' off. Looked so cluttered anyway.

i cut my lude intake while its on my f22b1 cuz i got better results from a cold air 2.75'' no named ****. you lose bottom end gain top end. but for my accord i needed low end more. i'm just gonnna buy a bypass valve and connect them together when i get my h22 swap done...2 weeks and counting
