Default 2006 Accord Navigation "Home" feature

Hi! I just purchased a 2006 Honda Accord EX-L with Navigation and I'm trying to set my "home" address. It has the old user's information. I've gone into it and was able to change the name of "home" to "mi casa" lol and even the phone number, but the address is un-highlightable. The address is the same for both user 1 and 2. Help?!!!!

did you try the manual? I think I remember having a hard time with this when my mom bought her MDX. if you bought it from a dealership I'd go and make them do it because they're supposed to clear the nav memory anyway.

Of course I read the manual! I can't find anything about it. That's why I'm asking on here. Thanks! I'll try the dealership if no one else can help.

I guessing you have the code for the navi to change those items?

Try Menu, Set-up - Personal Info to try to delete the address or change it.

Otherwise, try pressing the Map, Menu, Cancel buttons at the same time for at least 5 seconds. On some Hondas, this will bring up a hidden menu.

Here's info. from Honda's navigation dvd update site:

How do I delete addresses?

If the address is in your "Previous Destinations" list, go to the "Setup" screen, select "More," then, under "Edit Personal Information," select "Previous Destinations." You can either delete individual addresses, or delete all previous destinations by selecting "Delete All".
Note: If you accidentally delete all addresses, touch "Cancel" (before exiting the screen) to restore them.
If the address is in your "Personal Address" list, go to "Setup," select "More," then select "Edit Personal Information." Select the "Address" button, (and choose User 1 or User 2, if displayed), then enter the PIN (if used). Find the address you wish to delete, view the address information, then touch the "Delete" button. Repeat as necessary for other addresses (there is no method to remove all personal addresses with one command).
