Can anyone out here give me the hookup on retrofits?

I need a retrofit for my 99-00 coupe. I don't really want to spend more than $200. I was thinking about using TSX Projectors with the Depo Chrome Headlights. I don't have any parts yet. Anyone that can hook it up?
