fixable? if u really like that header u could cut the smashed parts.
and find a tube of the same diameter cut to the size needed and just patch it. weld it. but IDK. or u could sell it to me.

Ive seen much worse than that. I would simply keep using them as is if there not leaking and maybe fab a skid plate to stop further damage
I definetely wouldnt put any money into hacking and repairing it though
