I believe my friend has one. We're putting PS (from his 99 Si) in it and he still has the old OE Manual SR from a 00 DX Hatch. Text me @ 850-586-4248 if you are interested.

dx came with power steering, manual rack come in cx trim
if you want one that bad napa has em for $260($50core)
