hey guys i need some help on my 90 civic 4door, my parking light have a hard time turning it on in the cold! after driving around for like 5 mins it turns back on?! anyone can help me on this? is there a parking light relay somewhere? i already changed 3 relay and still didnt help (the one on the passenger side fender and the 2 by the passenger side headlight bracket)

 

help any idea?!!
