Default Civic Si hatch stolen from Jersey City

So yeah, my bubble back was parked outside my apartment building in Jersey City. Came home from work and it wasn't there today. Called the cops. Car didn't get towed.

If you see the car by any chance, get hold of me please.

94 Civic Si hatchback, NJ plate M56AGK. Red, hids, cf duckbill wing, broken stock exhaust (kinda loud). Otherwise the car is totally stock.

Thanks in advance.

Would you leave a gold chain sitting in a parking lot and expect it to be there when u get back?

Stolen threads are retarded, the time u waste posting on here could be used looking for the car. The best chance to get your car is within the first 24 hrs, after that its scrap already most likely, why waste precious time running home to post it in ht???

Most likely before anyone from your area reads the post the car will already be stripped waiting to be found

well anything helps. what if someone on ht saw his car and said to them selves, "hey, check out that civic" and this guy didnt post anything. cause i know if i see a civic or teg with some **** done to it i will check it out. i notice any honda nice or not. if my da was stolen the first thing i would do is callt he cops and then post on ht and then drive around looking for my car. dont act like you wouldnt do the same thing. the only reason im defending this guy is cause im tired of people being ********* on this site. over the past 2 years everyone on here is so quick to be a dick! if you dont like what you read then hit the back button and move on with your life isntead of being negative. think about how this guy feels. his car was just stolen! weather it was nice or not it is his car and someone just said **** you and ruined his month. everyone just needs to take a xanax and chill out.

Wow, N/A be easy...your negativity doesn't help anybody...and even though he didn't throw a pic up...he listed his plate number...which if its still on the car (stripped or not) helps in identifying it.

Besides, anything to get the word out about location of a theft...especially on a Honda enthusiast website helps...

Do u guys know how little of a chance it is that someone in your area is looking at your stolen car thread the minute you post it??

And in that time do u guys realize how much the chances of you finding you car decreased because you've wasted the most important time (within the first hr) sitting on your computer posting it on honda tech??

90% of the time if you haven't found your car whichin the first hour, its already in a garage or back yard being stripped

Since you guys say it so effective, How many stolen cars have been found before being stripped cause a person on ht announced it?

we almost found the theif of a stolen type r from philly area but sadly enough the guy did not see our posts about a stolen R engine that was for sale and the seller even said the motor was from an r that was stolen about a year ago from the philly area. even if it gets the guy on the police radar a year later it still helps. just go be negative to someone who isnt distraught. be nice or shut your mouth. im not a hypocrite, i just want karma to **** you in the ***!

Keyword: almost

And I don't know what you are talking about karma, and I dunno why u are making it like I insulted the guy. take it as you want but I'm trying to help the guy and other guys by letting them know its a ****ing waste of time to run to a computer and post your stolen car on ht. Don't like what I have to say? Then ignore it and carry on

Ill be waiting to hear who has ever recovered their stolen car in full, with the help of a ht post

I know local forums (ctvtec) have spotted and recovered many cars that have been stolen or been ran through then dropped off only to be recovered (maybe not in full).

I just dont get what the harm in posting a thread like this would be...You seem to be maybe new to this concept...but the grim reality of the tri-state is that these cars get jacked all the time...this is common practice (sadly) for the area....

Regardless...ur still kinda a dick...

you guys are too busy worrying about how I am saying my point than my actual point.

Don't know about you guys, but if my car was ever stolen id like to catch the guys before it gets stripped, not sit around and wait for someone else to find it.

If anything, u guys should be on the phone telling a friend to post it, and id reccommend posting it on your area's craiglist. There's most likely gonna be more people in your area looking at cl ads at that moment then here on ht
