i know maximum is 1500lbs...!?!?
i know you could go a bit more but you might have issue w/ your stopping/
breaking.... not unless you have an accessory brake line on the trailer then

Max for the trailer is 1000 lbs, unless the trailer has it's own brakes. The info. is in the owner's manual. Here are a couple of pages, there are more in the owner's manual regarding towing. These are from a 2000 CR-V owner's manual. Most Hondas (e.g., Accords, Elements, CR-V, etc.) have a trailer wiring electrical connector inside.
