as long as you have the harness for the d16z6 motor and the p28 comptuer to run it... it should be a straight drop in n plug n play... there isnt to much to adapt to

You'll want to first convert from DPFI to MPFI (would help at this point to convert your injector plugs to OBD1 along with your distributor plugs), then use an OBD0-1 ECU and distributor adapter (if you haven't swap over to OBD1 dizzy plugs yet). Run the wiring for VTEC solenoid and pressure switch along with the 4 wire O2 sensor wiring to the ECU.The Z6 harness won't just plug and play to your DX shock tower harness that only works in 92-95 Civics. Use the P28 ECU and Z6 distributor.

Ok just so its known I havent done anything at all. The car is stock....motor is gone. The old intake mani with the cover dpfi is in the trunk. And from the above person it looks like im supposed to be using the harness off the orignal motor...correct? Which i dont have lol. And i see you sell every harness i need to make it plug n play. Guess ill be contacting you very shortly.

NEW QuESTION!!!

Which motor mount bracket do I have to use? I was searching and I belive I saw somewhere It says that i have to use my stock motors bracket( that bolts to the engine) and the stock motor mount.( Which is the same on d-series)

I have a d16z6 going into my 88 ef hatch.

Stock motor mounts...assuming your keeping your stock cable trans. 3 of the 4 mounts bolt to the trans and the other on timing belt side is the only one you need to worry about. I dunno about the z6 but the bracket on a y7 worked with my stock mount in my rex.

Thats the mount im talking about. I know the rest are fine. I read somewhere that made me ask thats why. The stock bracket goes around the side of the motor so its a little different. I may have read that it doesnt line up right. Im gonna try to find the info i got it from.
