Apt Moving Sale- Furniture + Fridge + 22" LCD Monitor + More - Located La Canada Area
My brother is moving across country at the end of the year so everything in his apartment must go! Having a moving sale Saturday the 18th starting at 9:30am to noon. What is not gone by noon will be picked up by the salvation army and donated for a tax write off. Please PM me for address and phone number or any questions.
Please know that he had two cats (both were declawed), but if you're allergic or just not a fan of cats then this moving sale might not be right for you. Otherwise, everything must go. Here are pics and conditions of furniture. He had all this stuff from 2-3 years. He does have tons of other stuff like, mirrors, vases, dishes, pots and pans, cat houses, microwave, towels, sheets, shower curtain, lamps and other misc stuff. I'll try to get better pics later today. Willing to negotiate some, but like I said he is happy to donate and get the tax write off for this year.
+Ikea Ektorp Sofa Couch with white slip cover. - $200
i just washed and bleached this cover.
+Ikea Ektorp LoveSeat with SLEEPER BED with white slip cover. - $300
i just washed and bleached this cover. the fabric under the cover is not that great, but with the slip cover you obviously can't see it. Sleeper bed and sleeper mattress in good condition.
+Ikea Black BJURSTA dining table with (2) leaves + 6 Ikea Black Stefan Chairs with pads - $200 for the complete set or ($140 for the table and $15 each chair + pad)
- table in used condition. normal wear for 2 years. one of the leafs is near perfect and the other has a large noticable scratch
- chair are sturdy and good condition.
+Ikea Expedit Book Case Shelf. - $50
overall good used condition.
+Black Modern Ladder Shelf - $80
overall good used condition. i think i got this at world market 2 years ago. i really don't remember.
+Apartment Sized Fridge with Freezer - $200
works perfectly. the color is white. standard sized apartment fridge with top freezer.
+Stainless Steel Microwave - $40
works perfectly. stainless steel.
+Ikea Black Lack TV Stand - $35
good condition.
+Ikea Black Malm Queen bed with Sultan Lade Bed Slats - $160
good condition. can be dissembled to easily care out.
+Ikea Black Nightstands - $60 for the pair
set of (2) nightstands.
+Ikea Black Malm Dresser - $140
good condition. has 6 drawers. pretty heavy so bring a friend to help move it.
+ Desk - $25
decent condition.
+ Dell 22" LCD Flat Panel High Def Computer Monitor - $200
- Like new condition.

my girl just bought that same malm black dresser from ikea earlier this year also for our room...!!!
