Default 04' Accord V6 Tranny problems + codes

Hello everyone! Im David and i am new to this forum. I joined this forum because i have a problem with my car and wanted to get help from the forum community. I have a 04' Accord V6 Coupe that my tranny is acting up when ever i shift it down to drive. It hesitates to get in gear when i first put it in drive. When in drive it takes a bit to engage and takes off. So far all the gears are working fine. I took my car to the dealership and they said i needed a new tranny and was going to charge me quite a bit but i just took my car home. I had my car scanned and it showed my 4 codes:

P0966 - A/T Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid valve B (short)

P0966 - A/T Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid valve A (short)

P0966 - A/T Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid valve C (short)

P0722 - Ot put speed sensor no signal

I do some of my own mechanic work so i was wanted to get a 2nd opinion on this. My dad was kinda thinking it was the ECU but i was leaning more towards the solenoids being bad? what do you guys think?

anyone? Bump^

update! so i called the dealership just to get a price on all the solenoids and the guy who helped me ask for the codes and so i gave it to him. He then went to ask one of the technicians there and they told me that it is rare for all 3 codes to come up like that. The technician then told me to check the ground under the driver fender to make sure the grounding is enough and the connection is not dirty. I checked it out and found out there was no ground going to the motor and so me and my dad added another ground to the engine. I did what they told me and they also said clear the codes and drive it and then see what pops back up and to give them a call. We cleared the code and drove it for an hour or so and re-scanned it and no codes came back up. But the car still hesitates to go in first gear still. You think a bad ECU can be the cause?

There may be an electrical issue between the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and one of the transmission shift control solenoids or sensors.

Check the electrical connector (C203) which is the ECM/PCM harness which the clutch pressure solenoids A, B, and C are in circuit.

Grounds G101 and G102 are the ECM/PCM grounds. G2 is the engine ground. G3 is the transmission ground.

So i double checked those connection and it is ok. The problem that i am having is that the tranny stalls for 6-8sec before going into the D gear. the only thing i can think of is the ECU. I also re-scanned the car and no codes showed up even tho the ground is fixed. Any ideas?
