6th gen dash and door re-wrap
So I have recently decided to re-wrap my dash and door cards the top half amd inserts with a different material I'm just curious if anyone has done this and I have a few questions
Dash question
I don't have a airbag and don't want to spend money on a new virgin block off and have it not match the rest of the dash should I just fiberglass the hole closed before the wrap or just use the old airbag plate and fill the gap with some sort of filler material?
Door card question
When removing the top half where the vinyl is would it be the same as the insert how its attached (plastic rivetts)?
Any pictues and opinions are welcome but don't be mean please.
If this turns out well I will post pictures and do a write up for the dash and door card tops.

On the dash I would use pexi glass(how ever you spell it), use the airbag top as a template, double sided tape it and you're done.. Paint it with something not to glossy or else you'll be needing sunglasses..
Top of the door part; just pull metal tabs that holds the molding to seal the window back. Peel off old vinyl and apply 3m fabric spray, Let the 3M dry a little first or else it'll soak into new fabric..
