Default ignition problem

*I have a 91 civic si had no problems starting until we got some snow.
*I went to start my car and when i turn my key over all my dash lights were dim.
*I thought my battery was dead so i hooked it up to a battery charger and charged it all the way full.
*Then i attempted to try to start it again and this is what happend...
*I turned the key over and my dash lights was still dim.
*Then when i tried to start my car and all it did was stat buzzing from my fuzz box.
*Now when i turn the key over none of my dash lights come on and when i try to start in nothin happens.
*Nothing is working now i had my sunroof wired directly up and it wont even work.
*But when i turn my flashers on all it does is buzz from my fuse box.
anybody have any suggestions? i would really apperciate it.

I don't know what you mean by you wired the sunroof directly up, but check all your fuses and check your starter relay (and all of the other relays). That buzzing could be a relay that's gone bad.

I would check the battery again. Make sure the terminals are clean, and the ground strap is making good contact with the body. What voltage do you have across the + and - battery terminals?

Can you jump start it?
