I have been looking and have not found any definitive answers but, what can I do to upgrade my caliper/pad/rotor combo using my stock 14in civic HX wheel?

I looked at fastbrakes and searched on here but like i said have not found much, if there is a good info link somewhere, pardon the interruption!
