96 out tail light different?

 

I have 2 brand new sets of 99-00 civic fenders. One set is silver but im not sure if its the stock honda silver or not. The other set is not even painted and i pulled them out of the original boxes. One of the fenders have a couple of small dents on the lower part behind the wheel. I also have a 99-00 climate contol. Pm me if your interested
