On a universal cat do the flanges rotate, or can you just adjust length? Looking to stay with the stock b16a header and down pipe for now.

It still would probably be cheaper to buy a universal cat and reweld the downpipe side flange right?

unless it is make for the car otherwise you will have to do weldings to make it fit
