Default tire size /street racing and track no rules lol...

If ur just trying to run your personal best and street race what tire size would u run?

24.5 or 28 with about 550whp......

-we don t have enuff experience on size so we re wondering if 28x8.5x15s would give better traction and time?
-im pretter sure it will be better on street lol.............

Well street racing is dumb enough but if the car is 1620lbs it is even more unsafe cause it is some hacked up shell.

If you don't have a 1 peice front end I doubt you could every fit 28's under it since 26's almost hit the fenders on even raised cars with stock fenders. I have never dealt with/seen a car that light so I can't say what tire would work better. Most cars run 24.5 slicks with that power level, but being you have a shell that has more cut off of it than any road worthy car I have no idea what tires would work.

I don't mind admitting that I do miss a good street race, that is before the Fast and Furoius generation had ruined it.

**** it, remove the bumper, fenders and run 28's. Let us know the outcome of the race if you survive.
