You wont reach those goals with the JDM GSR. But with the USDM its a possibility.

2 layer head gasket and arp studs to bump compression, then cams, intake manifold, injectors and a tune. With the right header and exhaust you could get close to 200.
Its very difficult to hit 200 or more with anything less than that. A ported head would help alot if its in your budget.
Tune is the most important. Talk with whoever you plan on having tune it to see what parts they have made power with in a similar setup.
E85 if its available to you, might help gain a few hp, it works very well for me.

Thanks a lot for the advice! I'm also thinking of going flat bottom valves and type r pistons.....in the future that is....with the extra CR I should be able to squeeze more power yea?

Lock this thread and use the search function of this website. Read before making thread. You've already been given bad info, and will continue to recieve it. If you're bench racing, go back to jdmcarboy. The # 200 is the most played out/tired/beaten to death subject on the Honda forums. It's not "easy." It's expenssive. I don't care what your wonder ITR motor put down. Doesn't apply members. This is gonna turn into 95% of the rest of the threads do in the NA forum. People are gonna talk about how high there compression is and try to throw the biggest ****in camshaft they can in it, but complain and not want to spend $$ on a REAL header. They're gonna want to window shop and look at dyno graphs, but never once mention how quick they want to be at the track.

Honda Tech.
