Seatbelt hex cylinders and holders

Seatbelt hex cylinders and holders
Hello I am wonder if I need these if i run 4 point harnesses and Canadian ef door panels will I need to use these any more as I will be removing the factory door seat belts. I will include pics of what I am talking about.
