Icon2 adding coolant passed the max line?

I just added coolant to to my radiator and to the reservoir tank but did not see the the min/max lines until I already added it it almost to the top of the reservoir tank, is this harmful? Should I syphon the excess out?

If you filled it to the top, you're going to end up with a mess of coolant in the engine bay.
