1990 crx

i have a crx with a b18 in it with a pr4 ecu i had it running an it just shut off i have no spark or fuel pump if i unplugg the bottom small plug to the ecu the fuel pump turns on i need help

Try another ECU first because that's easiest. If that doesn't work, try unplugging the sensors one at a time that this plug is used for until the fuel pump comes on.
