Not necessarily the best, but these are not rice and not too loud:

Original RSR, not the Invidia,
Greddy EVO,
Greddy SP,
Apexi World Sport

For 3 inch turbo, go with the Thermal R&D.

Almost everybody says the N1 is TOO loud. I have the world sport and it is not loud, sounds subdued unless you punch it, then it has a very mellow tuned V8 sound. At Vtec it sounds like a nascar, only lower in volume. It's holding up very well to MI winters(we dump ALLOT of salt here). I couldn't be happier with it.

The Comptech cat-back systems are expensive but the best (in my opinion) that you'll ever buy. The sound is nice and "throaty" without having that weedwacker on crack sound. Daily driving is quiet but when the revs get up so does the volume. One of my SCCA buddies gave me the best comment on it. He said "Man, it sounds like a race car." I recommend the Comptech exhaust over anything else.

I also forgot to mention that the tip is very well done and not very big at all. Many uneducated people will still think that you have a factory exhaust (until they hear it!).
