Ok i am doing a MPFI swap on my STD and I have everything figured out except the FITV plug. Its on the back right side on the manifold...
Someone please help.

 

Bump anyone.... I have found write ups that mention the FITV... I think its called a fast idle temp valve i believe but not for sure. It is on a CRX IM and I dont have a plug for it on my STD harness. I need to know where these two wires run when doing a DPFI to MPFI Swap...

do you have a picture that showes this valve? I looked on mitchell and don't see a fast idle temp valve in the wiring diagrams

 

Its a fast idle thermal valve... some intakes have them and some don't let me find the only website I've found to talk about them....

Its shown and mentioned on this website but nothing is said about wiring or anything. Can someone please help?

 

Damn I'm dumb ignore everything I just wrote. I don't have to use it but if I do it goes to b2 on the ecu with a ground. Thanks for your help tho its very much appreciated.

 

huh?? what are you doing? wiring a plug thats already there? the dx should have that already. you dont need it. there will be 3 left over plugs. 2 injectors and the fitv

 

I'm just going to figure out it when I do it if I have a plug then I will plug it in if not its not a big deal I know where it goes so that's good. But does anyone know what exactly it does with the intake.
