Default Sway bar questions

1. I'm looking for the CL-S rear 19mm sway bar, bushings, and brackets. I'm having trouble finding Part numbers for these 3 things. Would an 01/02 Cl-s fit my 98, or do I have to find a 98 CL-s?

2. I currently only have money for front or rear sway bars. I've heard a lot of talk about upgraded rear sway bars can cause unsafe panic conditions if the front isn't upgraded as well. My question is, can I upgrade the front and leave the rear alone? Will I notice any improvement? Will the "unsafe conditions" be avoided by getting a larger front bar?
I'm really interested in the CL type S rear 19mm sway bar, but don't want to make any dumb choices. Any suggestions?

52300-S3M-A01 --> 2003 CL-s rear sway. Part link is below:

Get a Progress 24mm rear sway or a CompTech 04-08 Acura TL 22mm rear sway.

Thanks, but I can't find any Progress bars made for the 6th gen Accord.

Can anyone answer my concern regarding the safety of upgraded sway bars? Is it ok to upgrade just the rear? What do you recommend as a rear/front sway bar upgrade combo? If I upgrade to a larger diameter bar, where should I find upgraded end links?

You want this one, it will fit Accord: Progress Part #: 62.0110

Upgrade to MOOG endlinks at Autozone, Advance Auto.

I have the C/T 22mm rear sway. Running OEM front sway and no Strut bar. Steering is improved. It's safe man, you can just upgrade the rear.

Thanks. Not a bad price either. I would probably upgrade the endlinks to Honda's revised "beefier" endlinks produced for 98-05 Accords. Honda 06523-S84-A00.
I think they had a bad turnout with their flimsy original endlinks, so they offered these which are sold as a pair.

I have MOOG endlinks for the front, OEM sway bar, Megan front strut bar. Think I'll be good running a 24mm in the rear? I'm not looking for anything drastic, which leads me to think I should grab a 19mm from Ultra Racing. Eh, I don't know what to look for. Is bigger better? Keep in mind, this is my daily driver. No track use, but a lot of spirited driving around town.

A larger bar requires larger bushings, but would it also require larger brackets made for that size bar?
