no power to ignition switch
I have a 88 crx si with a obd1 b18a1 with a rywire obd0-obd1 conversion harness with a p04 ecu. When i turn the key and test the plug under the dash with the wires coming from the back of the ignition switch, they all have power except for the largest blue and white wire. The car cranks but doesn't actually start. Ive resoldered the main relay, cleaned the ignition switch contacts, checked the conversion harness, spark, timing, grounds, fuel, and drove the integra the engine and ecu came out of as a daily driver. I bought the crx as a shell and have never seen it start. Does anybody have any advice or ideas?
Check fuses, including the ones in the engine bay. Then recheck your grounds. Make sure all three grounds are connected. I don't really know anything about the conversion harnesses, but I doubt that's your problem.
If that doesn't work, get the service manual for your car and an electrical tester. Test at each connector until you get back to the battery. It's tedious, but you'll find it. The service manual will tell you where the wires go so you don't have to take them apart and follow them.
