one of my lugnuts refuses to come off. i it turns like half a turn and then its stuck. did it jump a thread or something? how do i get it to come off? im supposed to be getting some new tires tomorrow. will they be able to remove it? help a brotha out.

hrmm....keep trying to turn it....either way....sounds like your fucked! lol, sorry to say. You might have to replace the stud if it strips off...good luck tho

 

Try to tighten it back up and start again.

 

Put our lug nug remover on the bolt, then slide a metal pole around it... put your foot on the pole and lean your weight on it. This works.

 

Righty tighty, left loosey. Just kidding Just do what they say.

dude if your getting new tires 2morrow.. just let the shop remove it.. if they break the lug nut or lug while removing your rims.. they should pay for it... then you don't have to worry about breaking it today and having to repair it before you get your new tires..

 

haha as inate of a skill it is to turn bolts when looking at them head on or from the top, sometimes when your upside down/sideways, you kind of question yourself!!!
