brakes squealing while driving and braking

Random loud squeaking while driving and braking. happend randomly tonight as i was driving down the road have no idea. i doubt its my pads and rotors had the rotors resurfaced and new pads put in. need help asap!

Check the retaining clips on the pads. They might be rubbing on the rotor.
