Sory, I'm confused by both of these.
To the OP-Have you searched for Main relay and the testing procedures. Does the CEL come on for ~2 sec and turn off? Try the link below for more information.

I am experiencing the same exact problem... whenever its cool outside, no problems... but if the car is left in some kind of heat it will not start... It will turn over but it wont start... very annoying... i changed my spark plugs, wires, fuel pump... still experiencing the same problem... if you guys have any other solutions im up for any suggestions...

Main relay. Replace or better yet, take yours apart and resolder the cold solder job Honda does from the factory.

After Checking the Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter, Firing, and replacing the Intake Temperature Censor and 2 Main Fuel Relays. I was at wits end and know that this problem only occurred when the outside temperature was of 75 F. In the middle of the day I took off the gas cap to listen to hear the fuel pump running and the pressure spewed out. Immediately while the fuel cap was loose the car started right up. Later I waited a while longer while in the heat off the day and yes it starts every time now. So much for smart mechanics. We just need Gods wisdom.
