Default question about a swap relating to A/C

if i want to swap a b16a2 into a 98 civic ex, can i use the ex A/C and attach it onto the b16a2 99-00 SI engine?......since it is a direct drop in with just the mounts. Cause i want to maintain A/C when i get my swap in. Also would it work if i use a b18c1 engine in it or what?
