Default Grinding into gear, abrupt clutch release, whirring noise.

So I'm having some clutch/transmission issues with my 95 GS-R. It started a few weeks ago where it would occasionally grind going into 2nd/3rd gear. It has gotten worse, seemingly with the cold weather, and now grinds 80% of the time going into 2-5th gears. It won't go into gear unless I double clutch and then catch the revs on the way down. If coasting at a low speed with the car in gear but the clutch depressed it often makes a whirring noise until I put it into neutral, or release the clutch. It also seems to make a squeak when depressing the clutch at the point nearing fully depressed.

I'm going to try new MTF, master and slave cylinder this weekend. I'm hoping this fixes the problem and I don't have to drop the tranny for the TB/clutch.

Thoughts?

Thanks guys.
