i know its the tps and so i changed it but the code still comes up and when its idling hot or cold, it smells like gas, when it idles warm the engine shakes a little like its misfiring

was your car originally dpfi?

if so reverse the outer wires

Lol yup ecu thinks the throttle is wide open when its shut and shut when its wide open. Just keep it at 50% throttle and you'll no issues haha.

 

ok i just did it, ima keep it like that, sucks to roll hard

 

soooooo i switched around the wires for the tps and nothing, didnt rev up high or nothing, stayed the same idle
any suggestions?
