Default 89 civic hatch rust bucket help

So I have this civic and all four brake discs and drums were rusted. So i got integra 4 disc brakes to replace them. And i have the 40/40, a new mc and bb.

Well heres the issue I cant seem to get any of the parts off the car to put the new ones on. I've tried pb blaster and other liquids like atf and acetone on the rusted bolts and tried to impact them.

The rust is all over like all the parts like even the stock intake box bolts are rusted to the engine bay. Any suggestions on how to get these off or should i just give up on the car?

Thanks, and I'll get pictures up ASAP.

I also have a d16z6 head on a sohc zc block and a d15b2 complete in the car currently. I'm just going to take the d15 apart as I take it out any parts that I should keep for just in case reasons?

Not all of them. I cant get the top links of the rear trailing arms off the car. (The ones closest to the front of the car. )
And the bolts under the turn signals in the bumper, one side was so rusted the bolts just snapped. And the other side the bolts are stripped. Any ideas one removal without drilling?

Bolt extractors they have spiral groves cut in side the sockets that dig in to the bolt head or nut. That wat I use to get striped bolts off
