well he isnt running but 4.5 psi but still he has drag turbo kit and an exhaust and 14inch rims.(he has h22 vtec 5gen)
i have prelude si (2.3 non vtec) with i/h/e/cams/flywheel and clutch/ igntion/ coil/wires/ cam gears. and i beat him on the interstate. ahaha 65mph to 125mph. then we came up on some cars. only beat him by about a car length but i had a guy in the car with me and 18inch rims. not bad... what u guys think. ill post link to the video when we get it up.

Turbo h23's can be pretty mean. I did one that made 245whp and 250ftlb at 6.5psi. It's honda's "big block". The turbo spools super quick and has crazy torque at 3k rpm!

maybe they are 15s but they are small as ****. the rota wheels. yea i dont think he has it tuned worth a ****. i cant get that damn thing to boost more than 4.5 psi either. unless the deltagate has like a 5or6 psi spring. my h23 is all motor not turbo. i cant wait for my damn turbo kit to get here. whereever the hell it is.

i doubt it. not to brag or anyhting like that buy mines pretty fast for the mods i have. (so people tell me). what is there to tune on 5gen turbo? he doesnt have cam gears. u cant adjust timing... fuel is on the rich side like most hondas with drag kits...

easiest way to tune a 5th gen turbo, Hondata.... i bought a GReddy kit for my 5th gen, but as soon as it all goes back on and together, that damn blue box is getting thrown out the freakin window at about 100mph, i might actually use it for a few weeks until i can get my Hondata system, but i'll probably end up running a VAFC hack
Not the e-manage, but the band aide that greddy supplies with the kit as a fuel system.
Yes, you can adjust timing, by moving the distributer for and aft.

it's a piggy back system that comes with the kit, it is a map bypass in a way, and it actually reads the boost on the map sensor to adjust the fuel, but it only has one setting.... 370cc inectors on a stock engine with 7psi.... i on the other hand have 550cc injectors, on a nowhere near stock engine planning to run 20+psi at times

as long as you stay within the GReddy recomendations, it's perfect. that means, bolting the kit on a basically stock engine (exhaust, ignition, etc, no internals except maybe some good turbo cams) adn running iut at the pre-set boost level (7 psi i think)
H23's are strong no doubt, but the h22 vtec guy must not know how to drive at all,or his car is running terriblly wrong.

that H23 trans happens to have one of the shrewdest gear ratios on the planet. We plopped one in my bros accord....no looking back, 3rd 4th 5th it doesnt matter that thing will pull like hell. To bad its gear ratio limits it to like 125 he hits redline @ 125mph. And thats just a non vtec f22. Think about it, he runs a 14.9@ 95 mph with nitrous in 4th gear. my best was 14.8 at 90 mph on a 55 shot on my sohc.5 mph is a lot for tow similar times. and our 60fts are nearly the same. The h23 trans is sick as hell and will make up for a loss in top end power. where the H22 would have an advantage if any at all.
