well thats the catch. i paid 1200 for it when it was stock. not the cheapest find but it runs good

 

1200 isnt too shabby, usually in my area a $1200 civic is either beat to all hell or runs horribly. I say thats a pretty good find

 

yea thanks. i bought it with the intentions of painting it white but the paints just to clean to ruin lol

yea i dont think theres any frame damage or anything, just a hood fender headlight and core support and radiator and im ready to go

 

i got lucky with it being so low my bumper went right under the other cars

 

well shes torn apart now and im happy to say theres no frame damage or anything. i went to the junk yard and got a fender, headlight, filler peice, mudflaps, and hood for $80. and i ordered a core support from ebay for $100 so She'll be back together soon

but nah seriously it's good that u had no frame damage, should be an easy re-assembly, it's pretty clean for 1200 tho', usually around where I am u get them much cheaper..the most recent DX I got, SUPER clean, no dings, rust, or anything, perfectly running??? $600 bucks...sporting a mean LS set up now about to get a J...

At least you got the parts to fix it for cheap. My old '91 SI hatch had those same 14" wheels on it when I bought it, and when I sold it. lol. Keep us updated.

 

my buddy just picked up an si with an ls and b16 tranny for 800. its not running at the moment due to the hack job the last owner did on the wireing but once he gets it figuerd out hes gonna sell the swap to me. that should be a nice little boost. And as for the wheels, i like em but for me there a little small these are actually 13's i might pick up ssome webs from my buddy for it here soon and sell these

Damn, talk about a dream killer! I think your best bet is to just start off with a new chassis. Either a new EF, or something else. I think you will throw alot of money at this car and end up starting a new project down the road.
