Default lowering springs

i have a set of neuspeed lowering spring for my 97 4cyl accord will they work on the 97 v-6 accord? or are the springs different on the 4cyl and v-6? thanks

according to parts # stock springs and shocks are the same in both 4cyl and v6. so i would have to say yes they should work.

It will work.

You will blow your struts though if you dont buy some aggressive aftermarket ones though.

Excuse me? I don't see where the hell they're the same......


1995 EX-V6
51401-SV7-A02 or
51401-SV7-A12

1995 EX
51401-SV1-A42 or
51401-SV1-A42 or
51401-SV1-A52 or
51401-SV4-A51

Those don't look the same to me. Those are the OEM part numbers for identical trim and year models. I'm not sure where you have found them the same, but they're wrong.

*edit* The struts are different as well.

They will fit but you will have tucking in the back due to the extra weight.

You are more than welcome to change the year, I just went with a '95 because it was the first year for the V6 the part numbers are different across the years.
