CRX with 4g63 swapped in rear
I am lookin at buyin a 88 crx with a evo stock evo 4g63 complete motor, turbo swapped into the rear and fuel cell mounted in the hood. it is still a project as its not running yet and needs wiring harness an fuel lines ran plus radiator mounted and tubing ran. He did all the fab work and it looks very sturdy. anyone else done anything like this?
haha **** ya. thinkin about buyin it for track car. and of course its rwd. i usually drag with my dad an one of his camaro's but think this sounds like a unique project

its a 6 bolt motor from the 1st gen eclipse/talon. the turbo itself is probably an evo 3 16g, but it could be the turbo from an evo 8 or 9.
upon further inspection its a 14b turbo.

if it were up to me its not a bad start of a project as long as you actually have fabrication skills

Hell no. It'd be much easier to attempt that kind of swap with just leaving it in the front of the car.
I'd pay maybe $800 for that car because that's what a good running 6bolt would run. If not cheaper. Plus with the spare parts.
