Left side blinkers (both front & rear) sometimes blink fast, sometimes blink slow. Whether it's blinking fast or slow both are working. Ideas? Relay? Fuse? Where are those as well so I can check (relay)? What am I looking for?

 

Check all blinker bulbs and bulb receptacles on the left side. A bulb may be loose or the receptacle may be corroded.
